[Ordering]

How do I place an order?

The ordering procedure is as follows.

 

1. Sign in. Please make an account for the first time.

2. After entering the products into the shopping cart, click the “Proceed to checkout” button on the cart page.
*If you are using a coupon, please apply the coupon.
*Coupons can be brought through Referral program(Refer to friends) campaigns on SNS pages.

3. Enter or select “Billing details” and “shipping address”, and click the “Place order” button on the checkout page

4. The “Received order mail” shall be sent to your email address when you order.

5. The “Completed order mail” shall be sent to your email address when CozmePark staff start to ship the products.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not been endorsed or packed or shipped by Cozmepark, you can cancel your order.

For cancellation requests, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

so we can advise our shipping staff to stop the packing and shipping ahead of time.

 

If the order has been endorsed or packed or shipped by Cozmepark, you cannot cancel your order.

[Payment]

What are the payment methods available?

To bring you the best online shopping experience, we offer multiple payment methods:

 

  • ・Cash On Delivery(COD)
  • ・Pipay *In preparation
  • ・Wing *In preparation
  • ・Credit/ Debit Card *In preparation

*In case of delivery to except Phnom Penh, COD is not available.

 

What is Cash On Delivery?

Cash on Delivery or COD is a payment method to pay for the product when it gets delivered.

A few areas in the Cambodia are not covered by COD transactions due to geographical restrictions.

 

Do you keep my credit card details?

Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment.

We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed, it is submitted directly to our banks.

 

Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?

For security purposes, cozmepark only allows orders from the Credit Card holder. Please make sure to use your own Credit Card.

 

How do I know if my payment is successful?

You can check it on the order history in My Account Page.

You can also confirm with order confirmation E-mail.

 

[Shipping]

What is Shipping Costs & Times?

Shipping Costs & Times is as below.

 

[In Phnom Penh]

Standard Shipping(Orders $40 and over)FREE, 1~2 business day

Standard Shipping(Orders under $40)$1.5, 1~2 business day

 

[Except Phnom Penh]

Standard Shipping(Orders $40 and over)Free, 2 business day

Standard Shipping(Orders under $40)$1.5~2.5(Depends on shipping place), 2 business day

 

[Redelivery]

We will attempt redelivery at least once per day for three consecutive days if the first delivery attempt failed. Deliveries will be done within 3 business days.

If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse and will be awaiting your pick-up.

 

*Sunday and Holidays are not included in the delivery date.

*All orders placed before 12:00nn will arrive on the same day.

This service is currently available within Phnom Penh only.

*Delivery time can not be specified.

*When shipping to two or more places per order, shipping fee will be charged for each shipping destination.

*If there is no stock, the arrival date may be delayed. In that case, the operator will contact you.

 

 

 

 

Domestic shipment is all available?

We can deliver to all serviceable in Cambodia. However, there are still some geographical restrictions.

If we can  not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you right after you place your order.

 

International shipment is available?

International shipment is currently not available.We will gradually expand our service.

 

How can i make tracking orders?

To track an order , visit the My Account Page. You need to sign in to access your account information.

 

How can I know the exact date and time of delivery?

We cannot provide the specific time of your order’s delivery, but can provide the date.

 

Can I pick up my order at the Cozmepark office?

Picking up is currently not available.We will gradually expand our service.

 

What happens after the delivery time has passed?

You can contact our staff to follow up on the order.

We will track your order and make sure it gets delivered at the soonest possible time.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

It is require that we can contact with you by telephone or message,

when you are not at home.

Or your authorized representative should also present an authorization letter and a valid ID upon delivery for proof of identity.

 

[Return and Refund]

What is the return and refund policy of Cozmepark?

The conditions of returned and refund which are the basis of products to be shipped are as follows.

Please complete return / refund within 7 days after the item arrives.

Receipt or invoice is needed to submit for sure.

 

[Return or exchang due to customer convenience]

In case of unused and unopened: We shall refund the full price of the product price.

In the case of already opened: We shall not refund.

*We will not refund shipping fee and handling fee and wrapping fee.

*If Packaging,tags and labels of product are removed,It is regarded as opened.

*In case of used or remodel, we do not accept returned or exchanged due to customer convenience.

*It products with a statement that it can not be returned the product on product page can not be returned.

 

[Return or exchang due to problems or troubles by us]

We will refund the full amount of goods price (tax included), shipping fee, handling fee and wrapping fee or refund same product.

 

How can i return and refund?
